Cancellation Policy

Please take note of the following cancellation policies:

Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days in advance.
50% refund if cancelled 15 – 29 days before arrival.
25% refund if cancelled 7 – 14 days before arrival.
No refunds for no shows and cancellations within 7 days of arrival

* We do consider certain cancellations in instances were “reasonably” proved the cancellation is beyond the guest’s control
